Describe the bug

Deploying a holodeck on a dell 740 with 1.25 TB of ram and get the following error

I had to increase the RAM in the holodeck config to 128 GB from 80 GB (
edit the config.json in the /holodeck-runtime/templates. I increased the mgmt and wld hosts to 128 across the board

Reproduction steps

1. Deploy on hosts with 80 GB and repeatedly got this error

Expected behavior

Memory should clear, but failed to clear from hosts, and Edge deployment failed due to that

This is an infrastructure behavior. We've seen environments where enough memory is available from the get-go, some take a few hours to clear up while others don't clear up at all and require manual intervention to clear up memory. Since this is not a bug in Holodeck, we will be closing this issue as memory is not being held by Holodeck but rather VCF components
