VCF 9.0.x Deployment fails on step "Validate NSX Install Image is Available"

Describe the bug

When deploying either VCF 9.0.0.0 or 9.0.1.0, the Cloud Builder run fails on the step "Validate NSX Install Image is Available," with the message of: "NSX install image validation failed for NSX Version - 9.0.2.0.25150386 Remediation: Please download NSX install image with Version - 9.0.2.0.25150386 Reference Token: XXXXXX "

Reproduction steps

1. Download the VCF Installer and ESX files for 9.0.1.0
2. Copy them to the 9.0.1.0 folder in the holorouter
3. Run VCF deployment for 9.0.1.0

Expected behavior

VCF 9.0.1.0 Deployment to complete

I tried the suggestion posted here: https://community.broadcom.com/vmware-cloud-foundation/discussion/holodeck-901-vcf-deployment-fails

1. Download the VCF Installer and ESX files for 9.0.2.0
2. Copy them to the 9.0.1.0 folder in the holorouter
3. Update /holodeck-runtime/templates/bom.json to reflect the 9.0.2 file names
4. Run VCF deployment for 9.0.1.0

I have confirmed that this workaround does solve the problem, and VCF 9.0.1.0 was able to deploy as expected.

Thanks for pointing this out. Just a small correction. The ESX version needs to be 9.0 or 9.0.1 depending on which version you are trying to deploy. ONLY the VCF Installer needs to be 9.0.2.
