Improve the vdk-jupyter error messages #2333

What is the feature request? What problem does it solve?
There are some error messages in the vdk-jupyter plugin which are very short/missing. An example for such error messages would be the ones regarding the API requests to the server (./src/serverRequests.ts). Fixing them would certainly improve the traceability.
Suggested solution
An iteration over all the error messages that are being thrown as part of the vdk-jupyter plugin would help with the recognition of such "bad" messages - then one could fill the missing or non-descriptive ones. Maybe a good idea is to provide some context about the error and, if possible to fix it, some guidance on how to do so.
