when will multi-pitch work?

I finally started working on a multi-pitch voice bank, but noticed that for some reason it doesn't work in OUM v2. When will it work?(without anger)

Multipitch works perfectly in OU v2!! you've probably forgotten the prefix.map or character.yaml

I don't know. I have a character.yaml with multi-pitch configured, but it still doesn't work for some reason.
