Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?
No
Expected behaviour
The system to function without crashing
Actual behaviour
I updated my system which includes mesa 24.2.6_1 updates, Shortly after I restarted my system, and put it through heavy load as I was encoding some videos with ffmpeg, As a note I also use cpulimit to limit the usage of the cpu while encoding, So ffmpeg doesn't use 100% cpu load, Shortly after the system would lose all displays to black screens, Both HDMI and DVI-D would crash. I also noticed a lot of cursor lag spikes and stutter prior to the crashes.
Also note the system is not updated at this moment of writing this bug report, The system crashed multiple times and warranted me to restore a backup. Going to update again and do some more testing after writing this, I also am following voidlinux logging and noticed socklog-void isn't installed and enabling it's services https://docs.voidlinux.org/config/services/logging.html
Any help with properly gather logs?
Thank you
