Expected behaviour
If user picks LTS kernel like linux6.1 the machine should have only LTS kernel until that one is deprecated, EOLed.
Actual behaviour
If user picks LTS kernel like linux6.1, xbps still always pulls in several other later kernels, currently: linux6.12.

Steps to reproduce
- Install void
- Install LTS kernel like
linux6.1
- Uninstall
linux6.12-*
- Some time later, update the machine
linux6.12 eventually comes back
