PR Description:

This Pull Request adds the nwg-clipman package for 64-bit systems on Void Linux.

Note:

Testing has not been performed due to issues with Git and access to the void-packages repository. This PR serves as an initial submission for review and inclusion by maintainers.

In the case of nwg-clipman, is nwg-shell optional?

Added nwg-shell as a dependency.

YES nwg-clipman is standalone program, same as other parts of nwg-shell

Added nwg-shell as a dependency.

Why not install it through xbps-src using your template?
That way you don't have build dependencies installed in your system
