Currently, the bot is assigning multiple people to a single issue, which violates the expected workflow. Only one person should be assigned per issue to ensure clarity of responsibility.

1.Create an issue using the bot or allow the bot to automatically assign contributors.
2.Observe that more than one person is assigned..

I am working on it. I'm looking for the code that assigns issues in the workflow, but I haven't been able to find it. Could you help me locate where this code is written?

Our /assign is controlled by volcano-sh-bot, which actually uses k8s prow, but a very early version of prow, which is deployed on our community's own machines. Therefore there are no codes related with your feature in volcano main repo, it's related with k8s prow. And I'm not sure if the current version of k8s prow supports only assigning to one person?
