How to force openviking to store a information in its memory?

I am using openviking as mcp and added it to my deep agent. Even though remember tool is called, sometimes the information is stored in the memory but sometimes doesn't. How can i make the agent forcefully write the info to its memory?

“the tool was called” and “the memory was stored” should be treated as two different events.

I wouldn’t solve this by making the prompt more forceful. The useful boundary is in the tool contract: let remember return a record ID or revision created by the storage layer, and log that value. If the ID is absent, retry only the write with the same idempotency key.

That turns an intermittent model-looking problem into something the server can actually observe and recover from.
