Point to the first public release, v1.4.0 v1.3.0 was withdrawn before general availability; the first public node release, v1.4.0, comes together with the Vonode app 1.4.0. Release links go to the Releases page instead of the latest release, the Docker page says the image is published with v1.4.0, and arm64 is planned for a later release.
