docs: spec for top-level examples/ folder

Adds the design for four standalone Vite showcases (font, core, vue,
svelte) that demonstrate how end-users consume each published package.
The new examples/ tree coexists with the existing in-package
playgrounds; each app is private, copyable as a starter, and consumes
the package's public entry rather than its source.

Uses -s ours: canary's tree is preserved as-is, main is recorded as an
ancestor so v1.0.0 and devicons-v2.0.0 become reachable from canary
again. Needed after the earlier history rewrite orphaned those tags.
