App updater to include all installed apps

Hey there!

It would be nice if Vorssaint's App updater was able to include any installed app on a Mac. ATM, it's brew and App Store apps only and I would even argue that showing App Store updates is kinda "useless" since they will get updated eventually.

Not sure how easy it would be to implement this but it would be a great addition!
