Checksums and Signatures

Vortex should support adding CRC checksums and/or signatures to segments.

This can be done in a backwards-compatible (and actually forwards-compatible) way by adding them into the footer as an additional Vec<Checksum> that aligns with the segment map. Therefore removing from the 2025.05 milestone
