Do you have any documentation referring to the codification of the instructions of your RISC-V specification extension?

Also in the README appears a folder that is not in the repository named documentation is this an error of the README ?

While there is no specific documentation for the ISA, you can find the software implementation for the instructions under vortex/runtime/src/vx_instrinsics.S. Decoding the instructions in this file should provide the opcode and arguments.
