Generated projects now ship with both Claude Code and GitHub Copilot support for OPSX and codeapps skills. Adds templates/claude/, templates/powerplatform/, Copilot codeapps prompts, and two new CLI overlay steps (copyClaudeOverlay, copyPowerPlatformOverlay).
