Document World API

Add /worlds endpoint to allow create, modify, show info, and delete a world.

This has been started in #25 , but that only contains searching for worlds. Needs to be expanded to include creating, updating, and deleting worlds, as well as include the Instance endpoints under the /worlds branch.
