Canon Layout

This checkout is the local working copy of the private canon repo used for workspace.json migration planning.

Working files live in:

• narrative/canonical-narrative.md
• decisions/2026-05-10-canonical-path.md
• strategy/workspace-json-launch-posture.md
• specs/handoff-brief.md
• specs/migration-status-log.md

The root-level copies remain available for historical reference while the prompt paths are normalized.

The repository also keeps the prompt template that agents use for migration work:

• agent-prompt-template.md

Use this repo as read-only source material for workspace-json migration work unless Q is explicitly updating canon itself.
