New features:

  • Adding Wilkinson 1995 procedure for computing reduced cladistic consensus
  • warning when hierarchical matrix doesn't has the correct extension with the hmatrix command
  • Hierarchical matrix can use empty cells instead of quotation marks for missing data

Bugs corrected:

  • free-paralogy subtrees now appear in the output file.poly. New output in the output file.poly file (+ verbose mode)
  • bug for heuristic search using wtreeqmc
