• pydantic-ai 2.0 compatibility: 'RunUsage' object is not callable. The post-run observability step captured usage via result.usage(), but pydantic-ai 2.0 turned AgentRunResult.usage from a method into a property returning RunUsage. Calling it raised inside the try that marks a task complete, flipping an otherwise-successful subagent run to FAILED — so every delegated task errored. Usage is now read as the result.usage property.

• Require pydantic-ai-slim>=2.0 (was >=1.74.0): the package now targets the 2.0 API (result.usage property; context-less tools registered via tool_plain, which 2.0 made a hard requirement rather than a deprecation).
