We create haproxy_store_conf() to only memorize the haproxy instance configuration files in a struct vsb attached to each instance. haproxy_write_conf() call this latter before really writing the configuration file.
When building the haproxy backends we store the environment variables to be set later: just after having forekd a new haproxy process. This is to avoid collisions between environment variables when starting several haproxy processes.
