Preview stucks in error state when using separate components for Editor and Preview

Reproduction steps

1. http://vue-live.surge.sh/
2. Click "More examples"
3. Scroll down to "Separate components for Editor and Preview".
4. Edit code in Code component to something illegal. - An error will be shown in Preview component.
5. Edit code in Code component from "bad" code to "good" one. - Previous error will not disappear, Preview stuck in the Error state.
