DatePicker component cannot enter @pannelChnage event

Steps to reproduce

1.点击datePicker组件，然后操作左右panel上一个月，下一个月按钮。

What is expected?

1.点击datePicker组件，然后操作左右panel按钮。可以弹出alert(1)

What is actually happening?

1.点击datePicker组件，然后操作左右panel按钮。无法触发里面的事件，alert(1)

文档写了是公有事件，官网demo也引用了，但通过https://codesandbox.io/s/05pq7m?file=/src/demo.vue
并不能运行。react版的antdesign datePicker拥有这个事件并可以运行。目前情况下，想知道面板日期信息，该如何获取呢？
