The date range selector can be used in the same way as version 2.0 #6210

- I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.
What problem does this feature solve?
目前的日期范围选择器需要注意从开始或结束时间选择，比如先选择了左边的开始时间，那么就不能再选择比其小的时间，相当于把左右两个输入框固定死了，而且在选择跨度较大的情况下使用也比较麻烦，希望可以提供和2.0版本一样使用方式的组件或者开关。
What does the proposed API look like?
为 datepicker range 提供一个属性如 legacy: boolean 用以区分2.0和3.0不同的使用方式。
