移动端，卡片式页签
按在tab上时无法上下滑动页面，当tab较大时影响用户上下滑动操作

What is expected?

按在tab上时，可以上下滑动，和按在tab-pane内部时候一样的动作

按在tab上时无法上下滑动页面

看起来是这个事件影响了，删除后可以上下滚动。
