二次开发导致menu item的key失效

Steps to reproduce

1. 封装组建BMenuItem.vue
2. 在demo中使用b-menu-item
3. 点击一个菜单项，所有菜单的样式都变成selected状态
4. 这说明menu-item的key失效了

我没有违背这些原则啊。。。
