Some validations are not applied to all languages on config panel translatable fields when using multi locales

Describe the bug

STR :

1. Pass the following on the builder config

  locales: {
    en: 'English',
    fr: 'Français',
  },
  forceValid: true,

2. Pass rules to any translatale element
3. Try to fill that element for any of the other locals ( fr in this case)
   current state: validations are not applied,
   expected: validations should be applied for all locals

Thanks for reporting the issue – fixed in @vueform/builder 1.12.12
