Initial pass at rollup to knock out a build script to compile and minify. Will run this in project tomorrow.

Previous Compile: 6 files & 31 kB
Current Build: 1 file & 20kB
resolves #61
One thing to discuss is thoughts on source maps. I set it to not include them to reduce the size of the library. What do you think?
