Error while adding the plugin

I'm getting this error while adding the plugin:

❯ vue --version
@vue/cli 4.1.2

Nevermind, steps:

1. vue create <name>
2. cd <name>
3. vue add vue-next
4. npm run serve (Will serve default created app with vue 3)

Got the same issue but can't resolve it

Create an empty vue 2 app, then use vue add vue-next to migrate
