Steps to reproduce

In mobile div element doesn't trigger @click event, and if you add touchstart event to the div, it is working with warrning
Added non-passive event listener to a scroll-blocking event. Consider marking event handler as 'passive' to make the page more responsive, open the reproduction link on mobile phone, this example even wasn't created by me
