This is a semi-official release created by request to bump the firebase/php-jwt package to v7 in the VuFind® 10.2.x branch. No binaries will be provided for this release, and further 10.2.x releases are not planned -- upgrading to the latest 11.x or higher is recommended, but this release is being made available for those who want to update php-jwt before they can finish their upgrade to VuFind® 11.
