- Phase 0: multi-CN through --animatediff (--control-spec repeatable)
- Phase 1: AnimateLCM support (--lcm flag, ~5x speedup, SD 1.5 only)
- Phase 2: plakat.animate Bund host word (49 -> 50 host words)
- Phase 3: plakat motion-adapter info/list inspection commands
- Phase 4: tutorials + integration tests
- Phase 5: cycle close-out
