Changes:

• Fixed normal app launch from Desktop/Start Menu shortcut.
• Normal interactive launch now requests Administrator permission and opens the repair menu.
• Validation-safe commands still run without elevation:
  • Fixprinter.exe --version
  • Fixprinter.exe --help
  • Fixprinter.exe --winget-check
• Keeps logs and reports under C:\ProgramData\Fixprinter.
• Keeps the application entry point as Fixprinter.exe instead of Batch/CMD scripts.
