Because my last account that still worked with the oauth for gemini no longer works, I'm removing it entirely. I can't maintain it if I can't use it (assuming some people's accounts still work) and it causes extra complexity that I'd rather just do away with. Sad day...but we move on. Obviously, you can still use a PAT. I'll also remove the whole gemini defaultism in later releases. Probably not for 0.10.0 but after. I kept it mainly hoping google wouldn't decide to lock us out... Now we owe no allegiance.
