As shown in the picture, when I tried to change the piston's direction, the facing direction switched, but the activated position remained unchanged.
Similarly, the observer only changed the direction it is facing, but the direction it activates from remained unchanged.
This problem seems to affect all redstone components, making it unusable for a large number of redstone players.You appear to be the only ones working on this debug stick.
