feat: turn blocks in a specified direction

Maybe we can use "crouch" click instead of trying all six directions one by one like before.

im mostly aiming for parity with the original java debug stick here, so i dont really wanna change the behaviour from how it originally works

could maybe work as a separate feature tho

it can work but implementing it cleanly would get prrtty complicated since i'd have to manually handle every direction case separately
