is this need a strong computer to run, mine is quite not good

Depending on what you exactly want, you need a moderately strong computer. Or at least one with a GPU (preferably an nvidia one).

If you just want to use the software, even an nvidia 2060 or 3060 will do it. But if you want to do other tasks like gaming while using RVC, I recommend a better GPU like a 3080, 4080, 4090, 5080, or 5090. This also depends a lot on the games that you want to play while using RVC as not every game requires the same GPU power.

I suggest to just give it a try, it's free after all.
