DPV 2.2

Summary

We're pleased to present as the completion of the past 6 months of work. A full changelog is available at https://w3id.org/dpv/2.2/changelog.html

There are no major breaking changes or incompatibilities between 2.2 and 2.1. There are several minor breaking changes (i.e. IRI has changed) and these are mentioned in the changelog for each specification. Going ahead, we do not foresee major breaking changes in the future release which is tentatively labelled 2.3.

In total, DPV 2.2 and all its extensions contain 9590 concepts, and compared to 2.1 - 489 concepts have been added and 66 concepts removed. The count of added and removed concepts include moving concepts between extensions.
