Code review found that SsrPageHandler calls setCurrentLanguage() on
LanguageManagerInterface, but the interface didn't declare this method.
Any mock or alternative implementation would fatal error at runtime.

Also adds edge case test: serviceResolver returns wrong type still
throws RuntimeException.
