Advertise app version differences better

First, let me say I love this tool. This is just a small suggestion.

I think it would be nice if you could advertise somewhere more visibly what is different in each version besides having to hunt in the CHANGELOG.md file.

Either use github releases directly or integrate it somewhere on your website.

I use UniGetUI to be notified when my tools have new versions, and I wanted to check what the new features were before installing, and it took me a min to find what it was.

Thanks for the feedback, and I'm glad you're finding this tool useful. Should be straightforward to set up GitHub Releases for each tag (along with the changelog entries).

Thanks for prompt attention. One comment is that the releases still don't show up on the main repo page like I'm used to.
