Introducing What's New — a curated look at what's changed

We've started keeping a curated, plain-language summary of what's actually new across
wafermap and tsmap — separate from the technical CHANGELOGs, for anyone using the app or
building on the library who doesn't want to read commit-by-commit history to find out.

It's a dated timeline, and deliberately selective: only things that change what you can
actually do get an entry. Internal refactors, dependency bumps and docs fixes are left out,
even when they're real fixes worth having. Each entry links back to the exact CHANGELOG
sections behind it if you want the full technical detail.
