Initialize Auth component from template#5

- Replace `{COMPONENT_NAME}` placeholders with `Auth` across configuration, documentation, and test files (`composer.json`, `mago.toml`, `phpunit.xml`, `README.md`, `tests/src/AbstractTestCase.php`).
- Remove the `configure-component.sh` setup script.
- Delete the boilerplate `images/waffle-commons_logo.png` asset.
- Add `igor-php/igor-php` (`^0.6.3`) to the dependencies in `composer.json`. - Add an `igor` script to `composer.json` to execute `vendor/bin/igor-php .`. - Create `igor.json` configuration to define excluded directories (`vendor`, `tests`, `var`) and safe namespaces (`Waffle\Commons\Contracts\`).
