A RuneLite plugin that replaces the native overhead health bar with a custom overlay: HP as a number on the bar, separate styling for NPCs, yourself and other players, and optional Prayer, special attack and run energy bars beneath your own.

- Install Custom HP Bar from the RuneLite Plugin Hub.
- Your own bar and NPC bars are on by default; other players' bars are off.
- The game's own overhead bar is hidden by default - turn off Hide Native Health Bar in Behavior to get it back.
- Three style profiles. NPCs, you and other players each get their own; you and other players share size, shape, border and font, but keep separate colours and offsets.
- A bar appears when an actor is tracked, which normally means combat. Each Always Show setting lifts that for one group.
- Persist Duration keeps the last known HP on screen for a few seconds after tracking ends. 0 hides the bar immediately.
- Everything shares one anchor above the actor, so bar, name, icons, hitsplats and chat text stay lined up as it moves.
- Actors on the same tile stack vertically instead of overlapping, and by default anything on your own tile gives way to your bar.
- Some overheads are redrawn rather than drawn by the client - see Overhead replacement.
- An NPC's exact HP instead of a coarse ratio, where the max HP is known.
- Shield and charge bars for bosses with those mechanics.
- Prayer, special attack and run energy bars under your own, in an order you pick.
- Restore previews on hovered food, Prayer restores and Stamina potions.
- Status tints and icons for poison, venom, burn, bleed, disease and corruption.
- Aggressive-monster marking, elemental weakness icons, and the Ironman shared-loot grey-out.
