Issue with fluids on 8x and 16x speed

So I did some testing and found out on 8x and 16x speed fluids are probably calculated wrong, because on 1x speed I produce more than double the fluid i need and on 8x and 16x speed my factorys are missing fluids, causing them to shut down. Otherwise the mod has been working great and i can only recommend using it
