• ESM, Node 24, and current @actions/* majors
• an ordinary cache miss no longer logs Failed to restore
• server errors (5xx) log as errors, reserve contention as info
• exact-key and restore-key hits are now distinguished in the log

Cache keys are unchanged, so existing caches continue to hit. Earlier major tags are unaffected.
