Describe the bug

There used to be a command to view the changelog in the command palette, but it's missing now.

The keyboard shortcut also doesn't work.
When I press "Command + Option + O", nothing happens.

To reproduce

Update to the latest version.
Open the command palette and search for "changelog".
Press "command+shift+o", the default keybinds for view changelog.
