Tighten some crate dependencies.

Description

Two main changes here:

1. Remove unneeded asset_macro dependency from warp_core.
2. Change all non-warp workspace crates to depend on warpui_core instead of warpui. This will help pull some of them forward in the crate dependency graph (so that they aren't dependent on platform-specific crates, e.g.: wgpu or metal).
