Added the account from the support applications. Tried it with both the default browser (Vivaldi) and the Wavebox browser. Neither worked. Stayed in the Launching state. Note I have an account and have used it to attend meetings and it worked ok but did not use it from WB. My intent is to use it for personal meetings (which I have not done before) so added it to WB for ease of use.
