Added Environment-Variable "WLGATE_SLEEP" to WLGate.
Once set
WLGATE_SLEEP=trueat environment the Gate doesn't try to keep the PC "awake".Fullfills #97
Use with Care! It could be that WLGate stops working - ecspecially on Windows-Machines - once WLGATE_SLEEP is set to true.
