[Bug]: AI Chat: Message is sent prematurely when using Japanese IME

Current Behavior

When using a Japanese IME in the AI Chat, pressing the Enter key sends the message prematurely.
For example, when I type てすと and press Enter to convert it to テスト, the message is sent immediately. I have not finished typing my full sentence yet.

Expected Behavior

When using a Japanese IME, the first Enter key press should only confirm the text conversion (e.g., change てすと to テスト).
The message should only be sent when I press Enter a second time, after I have finished typing my complete message.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set your OS input method to Japanese.
2. Open the AI Chat.
3. Type a Japanese word like てすと. The IME conversion box will appear.
4. Press Enter once to confirm the conversion.
5. See error: The message is sent to the AI immediately.

Thanks for posting this. I think I know what might be going on here, and I think it can be fixed by using the right JavaScript callbacks that fire when composing IME chars.

This wont be fixed in v0.12.0, but I'll see if I can work on a fix for this in the next patch release.

This should now be fixed in the new "Wave AI" window (the slide out panel on the left). Thanks for reporting this. I only use an English keyboard, so this is a bug I would have never known about on my own.

Thank you for the fix!
I noticed the same issue occurs in other areas, such as search and tab renaming.
It appears in most places where checkKeyPressed(event, "Enter") or event.key == "Enter" is used.
It’s not as severe as the issue in the Wave AI Window, but it would improve user experience if it could be fixed when convenient.
