API suggestions

I'd like to suggest some additions to the Wave API

- add methods or arguments to get line numbers (e.g., lln - last line # , sl - selected line #)
- expanding commands that take line numbers in order to accept method or parameter returns from the suggestion above (e.g., /signal -lln 9
- overloaded version to process in bulk (e.g., /signal [line 1, 2,..n] [sig name]
